NorCal Seeding and Business Meetings - Tue. Nov. 13
Post-Conference, Sophomore Bowl and Legislation Items due
The NorCal Seeding meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 13th at Las Positas College gymnasium at 1 PM. All conference reps should be in attendance with the completed Form A --“Season Record for Playoffs” for all teams applying for Post-conference play.
The NorCal Business meeting will also be held on Tuesday, November 13th at Las Positas College gymnasium at 5 PM. All Coaches are invited to attend, but only CCCSCA members may vote on legislation.
Sophomore Bowl/TOPS Soccer Clinic nominations are due at the CCCSCA Business meeting. Nominees should be members of their respective conference’s All-Conference First Team and should be in good academic standing in order to promote their transferability. Sophomores with second-team honors may be nominated but their selection is dependent on the number of first-team honorees selected. All Sophomores selected for the Sophomore Bowl on December 8th (at Fresno City College) are expected to participate in the TOPS Soccer Clinic between the women’s and men’s games. Only CCCSCA members may nominate sophomores from their own institution for the Sophomore Bowl.
Coaches are reminded that all new legislation must originate from discussion in your Conference meetings in order to be brought forward at the regional meeting.
All Conferences are encouraged to conduct your Conference Meetings on the day PRIOR to the seeding and business meetings in order to have all post-season information ready for these events.
